Caught a much older staff member licking her hand before putting the lid in my drink!! Did even wash her hand before putting it all over my husbands drink! Waste of money as we didn't drink it. Shame on her. In a post covid world, not to mention its just disgusting. Wash your hands. Don't lick them when handling food and drink. Vile.

The self-service Starbucks Coffee machine inside Asda Express at Esso Fuel Station is over £1 cheaper than this branch! This is a 20 second walk away. You can also find far better food at Greggs in Asda Express.

Awful drive-thru. I was sat behind only 3 cars in the queue for 10 minutes! and then when I got to the window I waited another 2-3 minutes and no one ever bothered coming to serve me? I ended up driving off without my order. Absolute shambles and the worst drive-thru I?ve ever been to.

We just popped in for a couple of drinks - a flat white and a decaf tea. Nowadays you can get decaf tea practically anywhere, which is a boon for men of a certain age because it isn't a diuretic, which means that theoretically you don't get up in the night 4-6 times.
The flat white was no problem.
I asked for a decaf tea. Apparently they don't do it. Visions of the bathroom loomed large in my imagination.
OK, I decided to opt for an Earl Grey tea. They didn't have any in.
I finally opted for hot chocolate. Medium sized. No, I didn't want frothy cream or lots of little sprinkly bits all over it. (I thought to myself that, considering I'd originally wanted tea, do you think I'd be a sprinkly bits type of guy?)
So, overall, good selection of coffees, not so good for teas.

I honestly don?t think I have had a hot beverage that has tasted the same as the last here.. I always tell myself that the next will be right but it never seems to pan out.. I now go to the St Clears or Cross Hands Starbucks as they actually make a drink that tastes like the order..
I have marks service as required as they simply make the drinks so go hand in hand with the ?food?

Not the best experience.
No butter alternative for the toasted fruitloaf, then not calling out name for drinks or writing name on the cups, so my oat milk hot chocolate was taken by someone else and they had to make another.
Dietary restrictions: Not much on offer for dairy free
