Wrong prescriptions. Reading glasses way too strong and driving glasses cause my vision to blur after 10 minutes use. Advised them of the problem with the reading glasses on collection and told to stick with them for a few days. No follow up since.

I was a walk in with a very sore eye on a busy Tuesday in Ross-on-Wye and was seen immediately by an optician who diagnosed and prescribed treatment swiftly kindly and clearly. I would highly recommend their team for anyone in need of a good opticians attention.
