I had won some Spar Spin to Win vouchers and Mark and Katie were brilliant. I had felt a little awkward when I first presented the vouchers but they put me at ease. The previous week Mark had advised me to screenshot the vouchers as the WiFi doesn?t work too well on most peoples phones.
Best customer service I have had in a long time.

Great staff. Especially Lisa who tried to help us sort out a complication returning parcel with Yodel (which wasn't the fault of Spa but we thought it might get returned there). Dedicated and caring customer service, would recommend.

Normally the workers in spar are really nice but today I encountered a new worker who proceeded to follow my friend around the shop and started accusing him of theft simply because he had his hands in his pockets and when I tried to defend him saying he wasn?t doing anything she started being incredibly rude to me as well and after I left the shop and was stood outside she began staring at me through the window, pointing at me and got her phone out possibly taking photos

Always found service in this shop good but unfortunately on Thursday morning of this week I was given 2 foreign coins in my change (didn't realise until it was too late) I will look at things differently from now on .

Coming from Bristol we've seen a decline in shopping experience there. In Ross on-Wye the SPAR stands out amongst the many "proper shops" variety seems paramount, you can even buy a single onion! Add to that constantly attentive and helpful staff, We enjoy shopping here and so will you!

Good enough choice of products. Medium sized store, some bargains but there's also some expensive prices too. The staff were quite smiley on each visit which was good to see.
