Sign stated uk fuel and key fuel cards not accepted which is fair enough. I have a Allstar card so filled up only to find out they don't accept Allstar either cashier was rude when I suggested maybe that should be on the sign too. Had to pay be credit card so no discount on fuel which is nearly 10p litre more than other garages I past after visiting this one.

Given the constant low standard of the services generally on the Great British road network as a truck driver you do get conditioned to them, even so my visit to Shell at Symonds Yat genuinely shocked me.
Filled with no real issues I think the adblue pump was down no surprise ? on previous visits the majority of the pumps were off, decided to kill 2 birds with one stone so to speak and use the toilets.....
I always carry my own soap and nail brush, intestinal worms are something you really only want to experience once, so with purposeful walk, to the toilet I go not prepared for the sight that greeted me!!!
Trap one had no door on it, trap 2 was blocked with the contents nigh on level with the toilet rim and as for trap 3,I passed on checking, deciding to "hang on" until Strensham
Again given the exceptionally grim and low standards nationally they didn't even reach them, needless to say this needs sorting I'm guessing Shell are struggling through the global economic crisis and can't invest in forecourt infrastructure or is it Putins fault for invading Ukraine, Welsh separatist revolutionary activists using the facilitues for Fibua training NI style.....I'd love to know

Only one HGV pump working and it?s been this way for months ( so slow ) neither is there any Adblue available at the pumpsDefinitely worth trying to avoid unless you have plenty of time to wait to refuel

Mens toilets out off order, last week it was the showers. No subway shop, Poor set up, if all the pumps have hgvs on, you cannot exit in your hgv. And the pumps are very slow it took over 20 minutes for 300 litres.

The Worst Subway ever!
The guy had no clue what he was doing and took an absolute age to make one sandwich with Bread i didnt ask for.
Then to top it off he gives me a pot of gravy so i said could i have lid? He proceeds to try and put a lid on that clearly doesnt fit so i said thats not gonna fit so he puts stickers on it.
Then i said you've not heated the gravy.
To which he didnt know what to do so i pointed out a microwave, then he didn't have a bag for me to carry it. It was like having customer service from MR. Bean. ???
