We just wanted to thank the lovely Tara Beard for all her help in our search for a property. She showed us a number of properties with excellent knowledge of each one of them. She was able to give us plenty of advice on the local areas as we were coming from some distance away. She was personable, professional and humorous and a true star and asset to Richard Butler.

I have used Richard Butler both to sell property and buy property through them. When selling I approached 3 local agents and asked them to provide a valuation - Richard Butlers valuation was substantially higher than the other three and proved to be extremely accurate. They acted professionally and knowledgeable during the sales process enabling each of my sales to proceed to completion quickly. When buying a property through them they went over and above to reach a deal that worked for both the purchaser and the vendor. The purchase was a particularly tricky one but they ensured the sale progression ran smoothly and the target date was reached. I cannot recommend them highly enough from their friendly staff to their industry knowledge and wisdom

The team from the start of my purchase journey were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They negotiated tirelessly with my vendor (thank you Sophie) on my behalf to progress the sale. They have all continued to be absolute stars following moving into my property, with further support.
I would highly recommend them to family, friends and anyone else who is looking for a great service from a well established local business.

I used Richard Butlers estate agents, by default, just over two years ago when buying a house in the area. I wasn?t overly impressed with them then, and even les so now. They have shown their true colours and proved to be condescending, unprofessional, arrogant and downright rude, when I looked to buy through them again recently. My advice is to avoid this outfit! There are better agents in the town these days!

We were really pleased with the service from Richard Butler Estate Agents. From the outset, they gave us excellent pre-sale advice and were consistently friendly, approachable, and professional throughout the process. The sales particulars they produced were outstanding, well-written, detailed, and really captured the character of our home. The photography was top-notch, and helped prospective buyers truly picture themselves living there which we are sure made a big difference in the level of interest we received.

Amazing service.
I purchased a home through Richard Butler, and even though I wasn?t the vendor I was made to feel I was a priority and treated and felt like a valued customer.
Bev and Sophie went above and beyond throughout what was a challenging chain, always keeping me updated and chasing down every detail. Bev even came in on her day off the day of completion in order to be there for our sellers after a long difficult process (not due to Richard Butler!) Their dedication to providing a people-centered, friendly, and hardworking service made all the difference. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Have used Richard Butler to purchase and sell. Both times have been very pleased. When we purchased Sophie was amazing with supporting both vendor and purchaser. On selling, Tom invested a lot of time preparing the property details, ensuring they reflected the house at its best. They are customer focused and able to provide continuity of service. Bev is a brilliant advocate who constantly tries to strike a balance with people?s needs and certainly went the extra mile on our recent purchase when the agents we were buying through failed.
