Ordered food and when I got home some of it was missing and some of the order was incorrect this has happened before not using them again

The service was horrible because when I called to order, I ordered 2 Pronto pizza's and when I received the link to pay it was only for 1 pizza. I called to arrange the problem and it was all okay up to now but the order came an hour late. When I called to ask when the Order will arrive because it was already an hours late, they said it was my fault because i added another one however I said 2 pizza's from the start and I said this is not normal and will never order from them again, the worker said ' thank God it is you're last order' and then the phone was hanged up on me. When the pizza finally arrived,I was trying to eat and I saw a fly in my pizza, this wouldn't of been a problem if the worker wasn't rude.

Kebab [lamb)was best I've had in a long time. Plenty of good salad.Friendly staff.Had reordered by phone and communication was nice and clear.Will definitely call again when in Ross.

Ordered from pronto app, it hadnt registered the 2 portions of chips that we had ordered but we recieved the 2 kebabs we had ordered they arrived luke warm at most with a stale pitta the kebab meat was salty and dry, originally we did ring in regards to the missing chips and understood there may have been an issue during the order and accepted this to be the reason, after the first mouthful of the warm kebab meat I rang to complain the first thing I received in response was to us calling about the chips being missing and then asked what they could do about it, I asked for a refund and was met by the rudest customer service i have ever received, I strongly suggest staying away and using somewhere else, I have been a loyal customer up until this point but I Will never use them again

Ordered two kebabs and cheesy chips, they went straight in the bin.
Made some sandwiches in the end.
I called, he wouldn't accept they made a mistake.
All he had to do was apologize and we would probably have forgotten about and would order again some other time.
I find more and more now people can't admit they are wrong.
Hard to respect someone who can't admit they made a mistake.
If you have any allergies best not order from here.
I know I won't again.

Credit where credit is due. Their pizzas are amazing, always delivered within a reasonable time. The garlic butter tastes like pure garlic, pizza is cooked for the perfect amount of time I order frequently. Better pizza then pizzas franchises by far.

Not the best but not bad at all!

Waited over two hours for three milkshakes and two cheesecakes. Once it arrived at 10pm the cheesecake was frozen solid. When I called prontos they told me to put it in the microwave for 15 seconds! Shocking service will not be ordering again

Really tasty food, made quickly, friendly service. Had veggie pizza, chips and salad. The garlic mayo on the chips was divine. Pizza very tasty. Salad could be larger, but fresh and good. Very happy.
