The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The Evri machine does go on the blink but tre staff have printed the labels for me. The Yodel service too. I much prefer using here to send items I have to send rather than the post office in Ross where service can be very rude.

I have wasted hours of my life driving to/from One Stop Ross on Wye trying to post Evri parcels. 9 times out of 10 the machine isn?t working, or the system is down, and yet they still put an Evri sign outside every morning. When I suggested that they keep the sign inside when it isn?t working, the cashier was dismissive, saying I would have to take this up with management myself.

Went to pick up a parcel but I was running late, I got there with 3 minutes to spare but the old woman at the door insisted it would take too long, despite it being a 30 second job. It?s understandable that they?re trying to close but it?s just spiteful.

The staff in this shop offer a first class service and nothing is too much trouble. Always happy and welcoming.Although this shop has doesn't stock a wide range of items, they do have offers.
