The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The Evri machine does go on the blink but tre staff have printed the labels for me. The Yodel service too. I much prefer using here to send items I have to send rather than the post office in Ross where service can be very rude.

I have wasted hours of my life driving to/from One Stop Ross on Wye trying to post Evri parcels. 9 times out of 10 the machine isn’t working, or the system is down, and yet they still put an Evri sign outside every morning.
