Good choice, fresh food

Just visited this stores cafe, the standard of food was of a very poor standard. Food preparation would be more suited to a school canteen on a busy lunchtime. Paid for two adult meals only to receive two child portions. Table cleaning was swift, damp cloth wiped table leaving any table waste to be delivered to floor to walk upon. No D10 insight.
Management was seen but paid little attention to cafe area.

Very racist and unprofessional staff, especially the manager of the Ross-on-wye branch, one of their staff accused me of not paying for my shopping without no proof, meanwhile i had my receipt.reported to the manager and demanded an apology, but i guess i was expecting too much because all the manager did was to gaslight and guilt trip me more,he said "you shouted at my staff and she is angry, and my staffs are not here to be shouted at,
we dont need customers like you",had to return my shopping because i was beyond astounded that a service person could utter such statements to their customer, knowing well i was angry their staff accused me of theft without proof.Never felt so humiliated in my life.

What a wonderful & pleasant surprise to find the coffee shop manned with staff at the till who were helpful instead of having to use a machine or wander round trying to get assistance.
There were mugs & Cutlery available
And yes clean tables.
The hot drinks machine was working.
Whoever runs this department should be given a payrise & praise staff pleasant & helpful.
Staff helping customers nothing was too much for the staff bringing the food out.
Yes, I've been in some of Morrisons other supermarkets and very let down by the poor service & standards.
Which is why I'm telling you.
We were in an unknown area to us at the time it was a busy lunchtime. But still the staff made an effort to make us welcome.
Congratulations.

Today I visited the bread counter in Ross-on-Wye for a sourdough loaf. I was unsure whether I could have the loaf sliced so I asked a member of staff who was putting bread on shelving the other side of the counter. She was quite brusque and told me to go to the end of the counter where she took the loaf off me and just looked at me, she did not say anything. Eventually I realised she wanted to know the thickness I wanted it sliced which I told her. This was the first time I had used a slicing service, I am not a mind reader. This member of staffs customer service was very poor

I like it. Best choice of fish.

Not the best, empty shelves. Product replaced by point of sale. I did like the bakery choice though

Lots of empty shelves but that's what happens when you pop in for a couple of things are 19:30 at night. ?????
Despite that, I found all the things I was looking for.

Can't comment about other stores but this Morrisons is awful.
The staff are miserable and demotivated.
The shelves are all empty.
The "fresh fruit and vegetables" are nothing like fresh. One has to carefully pick out the produce to select items that are not putrifying but are still edible.
If you need a supermarket then either use Sainsbury's or Aldi in Ross on Wye.

Going down the pan fast

They have just moved all the flour and baking products to the free-from products aisle. I?m pretty sure celiacs will not be ok with this. I told someone in the store but they cannot do anything about it as it has come from head office.

I?m not quite sure why but I always find this quite a depressing experience
