Lovely friendly pub, we were lucky enough to be able to sit outside so we could appreciate the views.
Staff were all very friendly.
Didn't sample any food on our visits but what we saw looked top notch

Went for evening meal, I had burger, wife veggie burger, both great and cheap !! Meals with a couple of pints less than £40 !! Bargain. Only gave 4 star as kitchen only open Thurs-sun lunch.

Good prices, old traditional pub. Would recommend. Didn't have a meal , only a pint and cup of tea. Tea presented lovely, with a tray, tea pot, milk jug and chocolate. A pint, plus tea, under £6. A must

Popped in for a couple of beers and it was great. Super pint of HPA and the place was busy and buzzing, like a pub should be! Friendly service. We'll be back!

We're visiting Ross so never eaten here before. We had the plaice and the salmon and prawns as mains and shared a jam pudding with sour cherry ice-cream for dessert. Everything tasted delicious! Great portions and reasonably priced too. Pub itself isn't at all swanky but very welcoming! Staff also lovely. Couldn't fault it and I'm an highly recommend

Utterly atrocious service. Upon ordering 4 drinks 2 people serving 2 drinks each and neither knowing what was occuring, the lad behind the bar was obnoxious, and demonstrably rude toward myself.... overpriced, overated and possibly the most unwelcoming establishment I've ever had the misfortune to step into in my entire life.

We called in for evening meal, luckily enough table for 2 available. Got to say this was the best meal we've had in ross on wye, first time we've tried this pub for food. We had the seabass and salad it was absolutely amazing, staff were very professional and polite. We will definitely be returning to man of ross. 10/10
