Would highly recommend the howdens team we had a very good experience with them from the booking appointments with Claire daunter to Steve howells measuring and designing us such a faboulous kitchen. Nothing was every too much trouble for them. Would 100% recommend howdens for a kitchen

Can you do zero star reviews?
Shocking customer service arranged a site survey for 3 kitchens on the same site.
The Morning the designer was due to come out cancelled saying there was flooding (we had no more than average rain for January).
Rearranged for the next day first thing in the morning and was due to come out at 8:30 but again couldn?t make it.
Wonder how many more excuses ?
No solution provided from Ross howdens couldn?t possibly send another person and now we have been left in the lurch and after arranging with the customer to be on site twice and has now made us look very unprofessional.
Clearly don?t want the work
Would avoid at all costs.
