“Popped in to look at their range of vintage lighting after previously buying several years ago at their shop in Ross.Very modern and well laid out shop, Millie was very helpful and arranged for our chosen light to be fully wired as required whilst we waited with a lovely cup of tea.Great experience in a great shop, would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality lighting and, most importantly, good service.”

“A fantastic service, from a team that have been completely professional throughout. They've provided us with great quality carpets for what has turned out to be a big renovation project for us, with some very complicated and hard to measure rooms! From measuring up to fitting, the team have been thoughtful, creative, flexible and provided really good advice. Also a pleasure to have around!”

“Brilliant customer service at this store last Saturday when we really needed advice on smart tvs - excellent! We were in and out within about 20 minutes and succeeded in buying what we needed. I think the assistant was a young man called Ryan and he was so helpful, much appreciated!”

“Good tip at goods in, forklift drivers friendly and pretty quick. Always busy with customers so must be doing something right, sandwich van at the fronts decent.”

“As a store it’s pretty faultless, but, because it stands alone and is somewhat of a destination for people from neighbouring areas ( we drove 40 minutes ) it would benefit hugely from somewhere modest to sit and have a tea or coffee. It has nothing at all - not even a drinks fridge ( for that we were directed to a garage - a car ride away). I think we ( and others ) would have lingered a lot longer with more of a welcome.Possibly a chance here for an enterprising mobile drinks van - there are lots of tables and chairs after all?!”
