Mortgage applications are thoroughly checked against lender criteria and affordability calculators prior to application. Our main objective with Investment recommendations is to lower the risk whilst mainitaining the performance by reducing platform, provider and adviser charges. Our investment reviews also incorporate capacity for loss, time horizons, historic manager and fund performance (not a guide for future returns). Our recommendations often blend low cost passive index tracker funds with geographical and specialist actively managed funds.
