Reni who served us, absolutely shocking customer service. Cold food served, i asked for something hot and she told me it wasn?t cold, it was hot. Deluded.

Not being funny but the couple times that I?ve been here, the toilets are out of order. This is highly not appreciated as it?s such an inconvenience to have a pit stop and the toilets be out of order?. The food is also rank as it has an old taste. I don?t expect it to be warm but at least edible..

Why is it so difficult to not serve limp and barely cooked bacon. Nobody likes fatty bacon just leave it in the oven until it?s actually cooked

Everytime I have been here the lady who I presume to be the Manager is blatently rude and condescending to her staff to the point that it makes me feel uncomfortable. In contrast, the older lady who has served me at the weekend is lovely. Food ok, but premium priced due to location.
