Went in and there was no food how are you ment to sell food if u don't even cook it. A couple of times I've gone in and have left with nothing but disappointment greggs in Ross have gone down hill and need shutting down. Didn't eat in or take out or delivery because they had nothing to buy. Was looking to get food but there wasn't any didn't spend a single penny because I couldn't what was I going to buy the bin

Really disappointed. This isn't the first time this has happened. Coming to yourselve to get lunch (between 1-2) and there is absolute NO FOOD!!! We took the last pizza slice that we shared between two of us. Was told it was a 15min for anything else. Would you not cook things when you saw them running low not when you have nothing left?? No cooked food, no rolls NOTHING. I find this really hard to understand around the lunch hour for most workers you wouldn't have food??? Something massively going wrong in this store!!!

Honestly not sure what the point of this place is.Closed at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon despite the lights and appliances being on. Not the first time they seemingly close at will during what you'd consider peak hours.Reasons for closure, when a note is left, seem to range from lack of staff (a regular favourite) to no fridges or not being able to take payment.Genuinely don't know how hard it is to staff such a small outlet.Selection of products is limited, particularly in respect of vegan/dairy free options compared to others of a similar size.Better going to the one on the bypass, more chance it'll be open.

It's quite a small branch and selection is limited but still has the generally good food of Greggs.

Very small Greggs. Not a lot of selection as per other bigger greggs stores. But still enough of the basics. On the high street with parking outside. Can use the greggs app in this store. Two till points.

Poor experience this morning, rude and short tempered older member of staff, asked for small amount of brown sauce in my baguette, she must have put half a bottle in! Luckily the younger member replaced it for me.Then I had the audacity to ask for a latte after she had totalled my purchases ( I hadn?t paid at that point) on the till. Was bluntly told no! Had to be a separate transaction.I told them not to bother!Customer service at its best?.NOT.
