They also kindly facilitated transport, and were incredibly helpful and communicative every step of the way. The lamp is beautiful, and the price was very reasonable for what was an exceptional service, thank you!

Treated myself to some beautiful lighting from Fritz Fryer as they really seemed to offer what I wanted. Good quality lighting with an understated, stylish, period feel. Photographs were representative of lighting received. All glass but wrapped well and no breakages. Good customer service when I picked up the phone (got to speak to a person!) Very happy with their product

Some days it would have been far easier to walk away.
In the long stretch of building and launching our furniture company Twisted Eye, there were moments when the idea of a steady 9-5 with weekends off felt very tempting.
What?s kept us going? Encouragement and support, from friends, fellow makers, and even total strangers.
One moment that really stayed with us came thanks to Carmen at @fritz_fryer_lighting in Ross-on-Wye. On an ?end of her tether? kind of day, Sharon Bennett (our founder and maker) found herself in their showroom, looking for a spark of inspiration for our Vibrant Rustic collection shoot.
She left with much more than, the two beautiful handmade Hereford pendant shades. She also left with a meaningful conversation, encouragement, and a renewed energy. It says a lot about a company when the people behind it are genuinely passionate about what they do and show respect and kindness to an utter scruff bag (Sharon wasn't looking her best after a day at the workshop?)
The shades made it into our first shoot (set in Sharon and husband Oli?s ongoing Victorian cottage renovation) and now hang in pride of place in their dining room. Maybe not the grandest setting for such elegant fittings, but they?re loved and will no doubt feature in another shoot soon.
So this is a heartfelt thank you to Carmen and the team at Fritz Fryer. You might not realise how much your kindness meant that day, but it meant a lot to us and genuinely gave us a boost when we most needed it.

I'm very happy to write a glowing account of our dealings with Fritz Fryer Lighting. We couldn't be happier with our chandelier - it is absolutely what we wanted and the company were wonderful to deal with - straightforward, honest, design-oriented and also customer-oriented. I can't recommend this company highly enough. We have just built a house and have had varying experiences with some of the companies delivering various products and services, but Fritz Fryer were right there at the top as one of the very best to deal with, and at a competitive price too. Excellent company! Would use again if we ever need any more decorative lighting.

Absolutely beautifully made products which arrived within 3 days of ordering. Yes, they are a little more expensive than perhaps your high street equivalent but the quality speaks for itself. 100% recommend.

I'm unsure when visiting what seems like a premium place like this if i am going to be considered of sufficient calibre to qualify as a customer or not. Happily, everyone I dealt with at Fritz Fryer was really kind and friendly and there was no experience like Vivian Ward in Pretty Woman had when she went shopping. The in store experience was relaxed and Hannah was friendly. Claire was friendly on the phone.The light is great, suits our space well. It arrived well boxed, in eco packing. Someone just admired it this morning, which is just what i was hoping for.Great, thank you All at Fritz Fryer!
