I'm unsure when visiting what seems like a premium place like this if i am going to be considered of sufficient calibre to qualify as a customer or not. Happily, everyone I dealt with at Fritz Fryer was really kind and friendly and there was no experience like Vivian Ward in Pretty Woman had when she went shopping. The in store experience was relaxed and Hannah was friendly. Claire was friendly on the phone.The light is great, suits our space well. It arrived well boxed, in eco packing. Someone just admired it this morning, which is just what i was hoping for.Great, thank you All at Fritz Fryer!

If I could give more than 5/5 I would, firstly the lights we got for the kitchen and bathroom look incredible. The brass finish match Frit Fryer do is amazing! Its so hard matching brass finishes so having the option for them to match the finish was a massive bonus and the matches are identical! Simon and his team were excellent throughout and service was some of the best I've experienced!

Fantastic brilliant quality lights. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, you have all the time you need to find something just right for you weather it be new or recommissioned. I have bought several lights from Fritz Fryer and would not hesitate to go back. Don't think about it go and have a look!

Fritz Fryer Lighting provided an excellent service. Seven years ago they restored an Art Deco cherub pendant light for me that had belonged to my grandmother. I have just moved house and the lounge has 2 light pendants. I managed to find the same cherub pendant on ebay and Fritz Fryer have now restored both plus a table lamp so they all look the same.

Popped in to look at their range of vintage lighting after previously buying several years ago at their shop in Ross.Very modern and well laid out shop, Millie was very helpful and arranged for our chosen light to be fully wired as required whilst we waited with a lovely cup of tea.Great experience in a great shop, would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality lighting and, most importantly, good service.

Great customer service from Millie and her colleagues. The design for our cluster chandelier was beautiful and Millie was very patient and understanding with the changes we made. The chandelier was easy to fix, following very clear instructions and looks beautiful in our vaulted hallway. Would definitely recommend Fritz Fryer
