My husband bought me a bracelet for my birthday. It wasn't to my taste so I tried to return it (I would have accepted a credit note). Unfortunately the receipt was 1 day overdue and the shop assistant would not accept it, and said that the manager would not accept it also when I asked to speak to him. Very unhelpful.

I bought a necklace for father day and when he opened it the links were all badly kinking.
We returned it to the shop the day after showed one of the shop staff who had served me and she agreed that the item was completely damaged and agreed for it to be refunded.
The manager was the only person who could do a refund so we waited. Then she (Dana) argued with us that refunds were not part of the policy and that?s just how the item was made !! ?? ?
The other lady pointed out how awful the quality was and eventually but begrudgingly she refunded the money.
The shop is really beautiful, the initial experience was great but the no refunds/attidude from Dana was appalling and you?ve sadly lost me as a local customer now

So , a nice little jewellery shop in my home town . I chose a watch for my wife, and she returned it as it wasn't to her liking . When returning it, she was told that there are no refunds unless the goods are damaged.I visited the store and explained that the assistant had informed me that if it hadn't been worn or altered, then I could receive a full refund, not a credit note.They fully understood my dilemma and gave me a full refund . However, this isn't their usual practice, so fairly, play to them for understanding and honouring my refund.I do fancy a watch myself that's in the window, and I would most certainly buy from them again .Regards

Excellent!I have never been to this store, but rather placed an order online just before Christmas. The order was supposed to be dispatched on December 28th with expected delivery on December 29th. However, on the morning of December 30th my purchase had not arrived.Due to a technical glitch, most likely on my end, I had not received an order confirmation or tracking information, so I called the store. The staff member I dealt with was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He forwarded to me the order confirmation and tracking information, and with it I was able to see that my order had been dispatched on December 28th and had reached my local Royal Mail depot on the morning of December 29th.The delay in delivery was not the fault of the store, but likely due to the disruption caused by the Royal Mail strikes before Christmas and the inevitable backlog of mail. The store did everything they said they would and more, and my purchase was delivered just a few hours later.This was not a flawless transaction, but I believe the mark of a good business is how staff respond when things go wrong. Admittedly, this was a minor blip and the company is blameless, but the issue was handled promptly and professionally. I feel confident in saying that David Christopher Jewellers is a trustworthy retailer and a company with whom I will happily do business with again.

Worst experience here, never going back!!!! I only asked them to clean my diamond ring and they took it upon themselves to replace a stone and charge me for it, when in fact I hadn't asked them to replace anything. When I picked my ring up, it hadn't even be cleaned! Bad experience, don't waste your time.

I?m so sorry, I know there is a pandemic, but I have been waiting since before Christmas last year or just after and I still have not received my item. I paid over 100.00 for it. I don?t want to sound mean and I have sent an email, but it?s driving me insane now. I feel like it?s being used as an excuse. (I could be wrong). But I?m getting the exact same email every month saying it?s gonna be there the following month... then I get the same email the following month.

Not a planned visit, a watch in the window just caught my eye, reasonably priced, friendly staff and good service. They adjusted the strap and didn't make you feel rushed in any way.

Oswin and co. Jewellers in HEREFORD have just telephoned to tell me they have LOST my ENGAGEMENT RING when it was in for repair. Apparently it arrived at their head office and then just vanished??? How does a jeweller lose an engagement ring in their head office?? Store manager completely unsympathetic and just wanted to know if we still had the receipt!! After 20 years! Avoid these people like the plague.
