I can't praise Del highly enough. She was helpful, approachable and great with our girls (age 3). She talked us through what she was doing and was so patient. Excellent service by polite friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. One of the assistants even recognised my grandson aged 8 who has been visiting the Ross on Wye Clarks since being fitted for his first shoes.
