i used to stop here whenever i was on my way through the area for petrol and coffee but this morning around 6/6.30 after i got my coffee from the coffee machine i think i threw away the receipt along with the coffee wrapper. I was told that I can't pay without a receipt but I can't leave either until I find the receipt, I was yelled at ,to look for the receipt in the trash and another time not to enter in the gas station laughing with my friends. in the end I was charged for coffee and 2 sandwiches without issuing a receipt, saying that it must remain at the cashier to justify the missing receipt for the coffee. strange situation and very bad behavior of the employee (Laura introduced herself), but the cameras can be checked.

a bit pricey especially lpg! I can get LPG for some 24p a litre less!! Not small change that, but the service is second to none and has all the facilities you need

The night cashier needs to be trained in how to heat the food which is sold as "hot or cold". Also that forks are required when eating a salad.

Just rang to see if they sell something I had asked for, and the ?lady? on the phone just replied no and put down the phone, she obviously hates her job and needs the zac!!

I recently worked nearby, so became very familiar. Huge range of cakes. Good coffee 24/7 . Doors always open as a very popular place for the Police to frequent at night.

Really scary pulling out directly onto the roundabout. Entrance should be reversed so you exit onto the quieter side road and have a better chance of getting out safely.

(Vaiva) It is not acceptable to continue a conversation with your colleague before deciding to serve a customer. It's just plain RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Customer service skills most definitely need brushing up. Morrisons' fuel is much cheaper and staff attentive and polite so will get my vote in future.
