Having just completed on the sale of my mother in laws property I can?t speak highly enough about the Ross on wye office. Every member of staff was great and as for Amanda who I mainly dealt with she was superb. Having managed various customer service or customer relationship management businesses the I always view two things as key 1) get the basics right and 2) to really excel make the customer feel like the most important thing. The Ross office provided the best customer experience I?ve seen in a long time. We would now never sell with anyone else and not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to all the team.

We contacted Bidmead cook in Ross-on-wye for advice on a mortgage consultant and surveyor (solicitor) for the purchase of our new houses. The staff have been very helpful and friendly. Jeanne the Sales Admin was amazing, she maintained regular contact and kept me up to date. She helped out when I was having problems with the other Estate Agents and the Solicitors. The sale wouldn't have gone through in 4 mths without her input.Thanks so much!!

UNTRUSTWORTHY!! BEWARE!! Sale agreed, memo of sale issued, solicitor working on purchase...none of this stopped Bidmead Cook Ross Office from continuing viewings and sale negotiations BEHIND MY BACK resulting in me being GAZUMPED! They (man in Ross Office) offered no apology stating 'Gazumping was a made up term & as contracts were not exchanged they have done nothing illegal'. They felt no apology was even necessary! BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE THEY HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY PERSONALLY & PROFESSIONALLY.
