It is a beautiful store, filled with lovely things. We wanted to stay longer and purchase a few things, we had our eye on one of the large ceiling lamps, however due to my cancer medication i needed to use the loo. I asked about facilities (There are none) The lady at the till refused to let me use the staff facilities, I felt embarrassed and slightly ashamed that they would treat a woman in distress in that way. I?ve never written a review of a store before but I felt the bespoke items in the shop were treated with more dignity than I was. Beautiful shop, ugly experience.

Ordered outdoor table and chairs. Not cheap at all but I thought it would be worth it. What we got were rickety cheap chairs and zinc top table that was very poorly made-with u evenly crimped edges. When I complained I was first told it was the handmade nature of the table. Nonsense-i?ve had these tables for years and I know how they should be made. Only after more back and forth I was told I?d have to pay to return it. So I have a bad quality item and I?m out of pocket for delivery charges. Poor quality, not worth it. Avoid.

Clear attention to detail, I yearn for those floor sofas. Must visit if you?re in the area, even if it?s just for a look in.

This unusual shop is truly a gem. Set out of town in characterful former farm buildings it's a treasure trove of eclectic, tasteful things for the home. In a world when shops tend to sell much the same stuff this one stands out with unique items sourced from around the world. Extra marks for the friendly and attentive staff.

Unfortunately photos are not allowed indoors, the place is stunning! Very beautiful pieces, unique gifts, decoration, etc. I loved the Japanese dolls, linen by the metre and gorgeous rings. Lots to see, new and old. Ample parking.
