Very well thought out sustainability refill method. Take your old container, any size or shape, and either donate and take one of their barcoded containers, i.e., jar, bottle, etc, and fill the required amount, weight, pay, and go!Also, coffee is brilliant there. Spices, dried fruit, etc. by the weight.

I love this shop. There is an excellent range of food & refills, the customer service is above and beyond always, my veg box is good value, great quality and a lot of thought goes into the contents. I really recommend paying a little extra occasionally and supporting this local enterprise.

We stumbled across this place whilst camping locally and 4 adults and 5 kids piled in for icecream. It was a really fantastic experience, especially because of the warm welcome and friendly nature of the owner who was telling us all about how this great place came to be. The icecream was delicious and the shop was well stocked with lots of local produce. Great experience!

Excellent ice cream, and great selection of zero-waste food and household products. Lovely owners. Definitely stop off here.

I have become very disappointed with this shop. I donated to the crowd funding as I believe firmly in the ethos of such establishments. However, I have become increasingly disillusioned by poor stock control (things I have previously bought have been unavailable for more than a week) and most recently some of the service has made me feel unwelcome. I now don't wish to shop there any more, meaning I will not be doing what I like, supporting local shops, but instead driving to a neighbouring town where a similar establishment has always cheerfully and with good grace supplied my needs. I rarely write poor reviews but felt the owner needed to hear this having had a conversation with a friend this morning who to my surprise felt as I do.

Amazing little shop, selling local produce. Love the small business tables. so many different products. Can buy as much or as little of the food products as you like, fresh fruit and veg and milk.Staff always happy and helpful.

Helpful and friendly staff who are happy to guide you through the weighing and labelling if unsure. Good range of stock available. I really like the salads and cakes for a lunchtime treat. It's great that space has been made to sit in.

We were visiting Monmouth and just passed this shop, it looks inviting, clean and fresh so we decided to take a peak. They sell raw fresh produce locally produced, they do not use plastic and encourage reusing bottles to purchase milk. This shop has an addition of a café we enjoyed an affogato and cappuccino with oat milk, served with a smile. The coffee was excellent, Would definitely recommend this place.

A very nice, clean and well presented zero waste shop. For the size of the retail unit, they pack a lot of products in, whilst not making the shop look cluttered or chaotic. The staff are really pleasant and extremely helpful. They must have explained the same stuff to me two or three times now, but there?s always the same patience and enthusiasm when explaining it.Personally, I highly recommend the coffee beans, the chocolate buttons and the baked goods. But we?re slowly working our way through everything else, so no doubt we?ll find other gems. Lots of items are sourced locally, so your carbon footprint is somewhat lower than if you shopped at a supermarket. It?s hard to compare prices against traditional grocery stores as WW don?t the buying power compared to the traditional grocery stores. That being said, I don?t mind paying a bit extra if it reduces our waste and carbon footprint.

A fabulous addition to Monmouth, a beautiful shop, lovely staff, a large range of products and best of all you're shopping local, small, independent and sustainable.
