“Came in this afternoon to use the car wash, spoke to a lovely lady at the counter, who told me how to pay at the carwash itself. Went to use it but it had tripped off because of the cold weather, went back in and told the lady I had spoken to earlier, she then asked if someone could show me how to use it, only for a woman behind the counter to butt in and say, "I don't see why we should go on our arses, if they choose to wash their car in this weather" I hadn't asked anyone to show me, the first lady is a credit to your garage, absolutely lovely, the second one who butted in, needs a good night's sleep and some customer training, 5 stars are for the lovely lady, none for Mrs Grump.”
