Amazing food (especially roast dinner). Food and drinks came out really quickly and cider fresh was made on sight. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area

Kind local staff. Nice cakes sadly had kitchen shut so we had a lovely lemon cake and a millionaire shortbread. Good stuff with cider from next door. All locally grown. Plenty of locals going for a pint after work. Fun atmosphere with great seating outside.

Great bar and restaurant, part of the Westons Cider Mill. What can I say Great ciders and lovely outside setting. There is also a big area opposite Westons have built for children. Highly recommended ?

We stopped here to visit the cider mill. We only had a cup of tea and a piece of Bakewell slice but it was all delicious and the staff were lovely and friendly. They have some great looking lunch options and it looked to be very reasonably priced. Open late on some evenings too!

Following a tour of the mill, we opted for a spot of lunch at The Scrumpy House.
Pleasantly greeted by staff, we were shown to our reserved table and quickly offered drinks. The obligatory Stowford press was ordered whilst we checked out the menu.
We opted for the fish finger sandwich, and the fish and chips. The sandwich was delicious, encased in granary bread, with mayo and ketchup, along with some skinny fries.
The fish was fresh, the batter cooked to perfection, with excellent chunky chips to accompany and a slice of lemon.
Overall, a tasty lunch and a great experience, we?ll certainly be back.

We came here for a private function to celebrate a friend?s 50th birthday. We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome in a beautiful warm, candlelit restaurant. Ann-Marie and the team were absolutely amazing, they provided outstanding service all night long and the night went perfectly. The food, drink and service were excellent, would love to go again.
