All the staff here are very friendly, helpful and professional. When I couldn't find the colour frame I was looking for, a member of staff knew that there was exactly the right thing in a different range and found them for me.

Fitted me in straight away for emergency appointment when contact lens split in my eye. Excellent service from very kind optician reviewing my problem. Efficient, professional and considerate. All staff exhibited the highest level of respect and professionalism towards me and I really appreciate their support. Life savers thank you. Only downside store appears too small for level of equipment, merchandise, number of customers and staff as you cannot move around it safely when busy. This was particularly difficult for my father who uses a walking stick and /or wheels walker and created some distress for him. He could not move safely to the treatment waiting area with number of people and equipment packed into the small store even at 3.30pm on a wednesday. I don't know if that day was unusual but if it is normal then I raise for consideration that the safety of store size/layout would benefit from a review. It must be frustrating for the staff too. No option to comment on this on the feedback form Specsavers sent me following my appointment so I'm commenting here on google.

This has to be the number one place for myself , family , and friends having our eyes tested.
Specsavers in Leominster is brilliant.
All staff are very polite, kind, and helpful.
It may be a smaller store but it has all the latest equipment, frames , lenses, eye care , hearing care in one place.
They have lenses and frames for everyone and at prices which are affordable.
And so many different contact lenses.
It is a very clean and tidy shop, and staff are always smart.
Nothing is ever to much trouble.
You can book online / in store and over the phone.
Every price option is discussed with you , and explained.
You are updated on the process from start to finish , by a text message, email, phone call.
If need a hearing test , eye test , this Is the place to go.
Leominster is a lovely place.
We Will not go anywhere else.
They explain everything to you about any tests or examinations before they start , and the results with you , which is explained in great detail and answer any questions you have.
There are good car parking places in Leominster too as well as some lovely shops.
My mum who was a wheelchair user would always come here before she sadly passed away December 2024 to have her eyes checked and purchased glasses.
The staff and store made her feel very welcome and worked around her and her needs.

The manager was terrible towards my wife and said she was a fraud, the case was my daughter, not the glasses. I will never step foot there again.
