I like Shires rugs so ordered two direct from the website. I placed the order on April 18th and there was some delay in sending it out, but it was Easter weekend so okay. I contacted shires over an issue I had with a lunge cavesson for my daughter and I have to say what a wonderful customer service received the lady I spoke to Sarah went above and beyond to help me all I can say is shires your amazing and you have made a young girl very happy thankyou for everything

I have owned 3 pairs of assorted Shires boots and these have lasted much better than some of the more expensive brands. They are instantly comfortable, don't rub, are waterproof and smart enough to wear out and about, not just on the yard.
