Not Only are the staff here excellent and cannot do enough, they are thoroughly honest. I left a very expensive phone down here and the manager opened up especially for me whilst they were on strike and went and got my phone for me. You cannot get any better than that, top marks and well done chaps.

Wow! Shockingly poor! Items I'm ordering from the other side of USA are here via US customs and UPS in a fraction of the time its taking for a simple letter first class recorded to turn up 50 miles from my home address with Royal Mail. Time and time again.. why is Royal Mail such an horrendously poor quality service??

Very Bad Attitude and Service.\\nThe postman left a note for me to collect a signed for package from the sorting office despite someone being home at the address all day.\\nI went to collect the package and was dealt with by a supervisor and explained my problem, he said that the postman was one of his best postmen and was acting under his instructions not to deliver mail to an address if he believed that dogs were on the premises and in fear of his his safety ! I told him that this was rubbish , the dogs are in the house and the postman made no attempt to go through the gate and ring the doorbell to get his package signed for, I then told him that if it happens again that I would register a complaint, my usual postmen have no problems, I them said that he does not even have to go through the gate because the large red postbox outside the gate has an old fashioned bell for him to ring ! He still had an answer for that he said they only have three minutes at each drop to which I said it would be quicker to ring the bell then fill a return card in ! he said that I am not his customer !! to which I replied , No I am your Boss!!\\nHis attitude stank, Jobsworth Trotsky Do Your Job !!
