Leominster? closed again without notice. Incredibly disappointing and another occasion where I?ve driven in to town 10miles ? paid and parked car only to find staff gormlessly looking out of the office window at a queue of customers. Then needing to travel to Ludlow to pay in cash.
Yes yes, I know the machine takes cash but last time I did this it took several days to appear in my account (cash!!!).
Have been a member for over 25years and Leominster branch is utterly unreliable, and doesn?t seem to appreciate contemporary business methods where quick cash flow and access to the branch is vital.
Very annoying.
