Just popped in as en-route to else where. The store is really busy but also untidy. Bought a few items and the staff were pleasant. Went to use the gents..... Wish I hadn't. The stench was terrible and water all over the floor from a leak. But the smell was like something from a war zone..... Yes I have been to a war zone. The store is OK for a quick shop but stay away from the toilets.

Holidaying in the area so did a big shop on 22/3/25. Got everything we wanted but what an untidy shop this was, I was glad to get out! In virtually every isle there were empty boxes on the floor. Apart from making the store look messy and unpleasant to be in, it's an accident waiting to happen. Given previous reviews I can only assume Morrison's is choosing not to staff it's stores properly. The good folk of Leominster deserve better.

Had to get to Morrisons in Leominster on Saturday early to do my food shopping. It says it opens at 6am but its 6.30 and the doors are locked. The only movement is that someone has come out to get the papers and locked the door again. If the opening times have changed update the website!

We shop here but when we have our grandaughter with us we can hardly ever get a parent and child parking space because either the lazy people or the posh car people park there and none have children same as the disabled bays most cars don't have disabled badges showing but morrisons don't care so long as people are shopping they should clamp all the people parking wrongly

After waiting an hour rather than 15 minutes as told, food was good, however more tables were uncleared than were available to sit at. Staff doing their best but dept is grossly understaffed.

Always check your receipt!!
My Husband and I have shopped there four times this week and have been overcharged to a grand total of £38. The manager was very apologetic, I got a refund, but no compensation for my trouble and frustration. Shoppers beware!!

It?s such a shame the cafe in Morrisons used to be a really nice place to grab a coffee and something to eat I was regular but Not any more. I stopped going a number of years ago but decided to try again, alas the sticky table tops and general dirt and dust at the coffee vending point turned my stomach. You can see no one even pays it lip service let alone clean it out now and again. This is clearly never looked at. The cutlery is clean you can see but then put inside containers that are never washed or wiped out it?s same for the cups. At least this time I managed to get a hot meal rather that the cold ones in the past. But the neglect in cleanliness is a concern especially for the elderly and young. It would be a shame for the cafe to close please can someone take the cafe in hand and get the cafe back on track.

Did a click and collect shop, had 18 substitutes and missing items. Had to go into the store to get the stuff that was missing and found the items I'd originally ordered all plentiful on the shelf. Disappointed and just feels like whoever does the picking for click and collect just can't be bothered. Won't be using again.

Such a poorly managed store, over the years the stocking of key essentials vegetables etc is non existent , how hard can it be to monitor and order the right level of stock . I won't be going there again, I'd rather pay more and have the delight of shopping at Waitrose. For those who have no choice Morrisons sort yourselves out.
