The center manager and the lad he has working with him were both brilliant, went in for two new front tyres and wheel alignment as it was way off and bolding my tyres badly.
Was told how to check my tyres and recommended to have my alignment done every year. Everything was explained to me from the checks to my invoice
Nothing was too much trouble and will definitely go back again.

Took the car in yesterday with weird steering behaviour, all the staff were very helpful and informative. Got it straight in, sorted the problem. Will happily use them again in the future.

I arrived at the workshop close to closing time, distressed and concerned having driven some distance with grating brakes. Very bad timing as I was due to move the next day - the team immediately took the car to check, confirmed that brake pads and plates needed replacing, traveled to fetch parts from Hereford and then fitted -even though this meant the team had to stay past closing time.
A huge thank you to managers Daniel and Alan and technician Steve.

exactly what you'd expect, service carried out in reasonable time, at reasonable prices, located near the Leominster centre so if it takes a few hours you can grab something to eat and drink and come back, I went for breakfast and took a walk around the town and was called when my vehicle was ready to be collected.

I booked an air conditioning regas online the day before my appointment. Despite the branch being open before my scheduled time, no one contacted me to inform me that the certified technician doesn?t work on weekends. This wasted both my time and fuel, not to mention the excessive time I spent on hold with customer services trying to get a refund. Poor communication and lazy service.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Had two new tyres fitted and they broke the tyre pressure sensor equipment. Avoid.

I?m afraid I didn?t catch the 2 guys names but they were straight forward and carried out exactly as I expected. I turned up a bit early for my appointment and they said they?d had a busy morning so I just left them to it and went for some lunch. I was telephoned approx an hour later to say all was done and a few of my tyres were too good to dispose of so they?d loaded them into my car. On inspection of their work I was pleased with what I saw and it appears they had spent time and care over what they?d done. I had expected to pay extra for tracking adjustments so they could have easily charged me, however nothing was required.

Brilliant service from Mike/Michael. He was under a lot of pressure, handled everything from taking queries, phone call, cold calls, doing the actual work, taking the time to showing me what was wrong. Definitely coming back to Kwikfit Leominster and would thoroughly recommend them. If you do go, might be worth booking in advance.

Perfect service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Went in to get an alignment done. They were straight on it and before I knew it they told me the issue and dealt with it.
Was not costly and better priced than most places. Recommend these guys.

My brakes had seized on my way home to Wales. Passing through Leominster I stopped at Kwik Fit (stated brakes on the sign) only to be told by one employee that he couldn?t do brakes. No other advice offered. Extremely unhelpful in a very stressful situation.

The new exhaust parts have left a rattle as a section of new pipe is in contact with the frame of the car. This will have to be rectified or damage will occur. Also, the wrong car was quoted on the invoice.
