The person behind the counter David M was lovely.
Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, helped us choose the perfect gun for our son.
Would highly recommend as its very rare to have someone with so much knowledge and experience as you could easily purchase the wrong gun for the person.

I recently visited this shop and I couldn?t be more impressed with the experience. The staff were so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping you find exactly what you need. Whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned enthusiast, they make you feel welcome and are eager to answer any questions without rushing you.
The selection of stock is excellent, offering a wide variety of brands and models at competitive prices. They even provide custom orders if they don?t have what you're looking for in stock. I also appreciated their attention to safety and the time they took to explain the laws and regulations clearly.
Overall, this shop is hands down the best in the area. Great customer service, quality products, and a knowledgeable team that truly cares. I highly recommend it to anyone. I?ll definitely be back!

Would avoid at all cost.
Took an air rifle in for some work, told up to two weeks. 6 weeks later the full extent of works incomplete. Lots of false promises. Very unhelpful and who ever it is that works there other than the owner is as much use as a chocolate teapot. Requested to come back to store to waste another 30 mins of time for something that could of been done over the phone, unfortunately making a phone call was too much stress for the man working the counter.
Same man was so utterly pathetic, unable to stick to anything he said with little to no clue on products in store. If only they would listen to customer requests, this snotty review may not of happened. Waste of time money and energy, AVOID

Purchased a air rifle from them a couple of weeks ago, and more than happy with the service I received, the owner took time to show and explain everything I needed to know, and been back since for a few additional items. I can't recommend this outlet enough for anyone's outdoor needs.

I have been in a few times, friendly and very helpful, good service and very fair value for money. Last time I got some plastic birds for my father in law to scare the other birds to give his plants a chance to grow, pretty cheap and worth every penny. Pellets and fair price as I had a pack of them also, great range of product too.

Helpful staff, good range of kit for the pigeon shooter, deer stalker, game shooter and all in between.
Puchased lots of things here over the years, from a rangefinder to slab after slab of cartridges. I am seriously impressed with my harkilla Pro hunter endure jacket purchased last weekend, Currently using it to protect me from the elements whilst Barbel fishing in this downpour! It will be great come the shooting season stood on the peg.
