Saw the sign outside saying: Why not try our hot pecan pie with whipped cream? So I asked for two portions of this for my partner and me, along with two coffees. The female staff member who took my order passed it to a coworker, who then passed it to another. I couldn't help but feel like I was inconveniencing them. My pie arrived cold and without cream. So I asked about the sign, which said "warm, with cream," and you would have thought I had insulted them.
The entire time she acted rushed and hard done by. There were maybe five people in the shop seated around me, all served, and no queue. Never had an experience like it. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Used to come here almost weekly and loved it. However this experience has been very disappointing due to the manger that has blatant disregard for customer service. She was on her phone whilst a queue of customers were waiting 20 mins for a coffee.
She also continued to say that her staff were not doing things correctly instead of identifying the issues and solving it.
The gentleman on the till apologised for the wait. However she just passed the coffees whilst still on the phone with no mention of which was which and no thank you etc.
Lacking decency.. the floor is dirty? it has really gone down hill and I will not be returning.

Terrible. This used to be a nice place. Staff spend more time talking so loudly to each other that you can?t hear and sitting at tables than cleaning up and wiping grotty tables. Inhabe been coming in for over 10 years but will not come again. Particularly one very loud female employee

Well one staff member so loud and rude. I ordered a decaf oat milk caramel latte and stood by the counter, I then heard this one member of staff say :oat decaff ffs"!! You could atleast wait until I had left if you wanted yo say it. Not very professional atal. Teacake barely seen the heat and like bread.

Very disappointing cafe. Located in one of the prime spots in Leominster ( currently has road improvement works outside), this should be a thriving business. I have visited many other branches of Coffee 1, and all have been pretty reasonable. This branch seems to be the exception, staff seemed unfriendly and disinterested, and spent more time gossiping than serving. The tables were sticky and tatty and the whole place needed tidying. The latte was very poor, hardly any coffee in it at all, the berry frappe was basically just a slushy glass of apple juice. Such a shame as it's a lovely building in a great spot, but there are plenty of other far nicer cafes in the town.

Great little coffee shop just off the market square. Olde Worlde and cute. Great coffee. Beware teacakes they are huge.

Awful manager who booms unbelievably loud about at her employees about how they're all doing everything wrong. Makes it very unpleasant to sit in. Awful woman. Nice coffee though at least. So I would go back but would walk out immediately if I saw / heard her again.

Absolutely shocking service. Dropped in for a quick coffee with friends at 16:40, asked for cakes that were on display in the fridge to have with our coffee. The girl told us we could not buy cake as they were for tomorrow. My friend tried to ask her why and the girl was extremely rude and dismissive, whilst returning to the sink and leaving the guy to serve us. She was so unbelievably rude I?m surprised anyone would want to go there for coffee. It created such a hostile and unpleasant experience, the privilege of which we paid a not insignificant amount of money for. For one, you close at 5pm. If you don?t want to serve, have a cut off time for ordering. Our coffees were delivered at our table 15 minutes later at 16:55 and we were told we had to leave at 5pm. To pay so much for a few drinks we had to literally horse down was inexcusable. And please tell me why it?s so difficult to take a cake out of the display fridge? Unbelievably poor service. Even the other member of staff, the guy who served us, was visibly embarrassed by her behaviour.

Quite offended I?m ending up at this place whilst I?m in Leominster town, but from my last visits I won?t go back there again!

Although to coffee was good, the experience wasn't. As has been mentioned in previous reviews, the loud staff detracted from the otherwise relaxed atmosphere. One member of the team in particular was so loud that everything she uttered could be heard throughout the cafe. She made several personal phone calls whilst behind the counter. Very unprofessional. I wrote to Coffee # 1 HQ to voice my dissatisfaction, but guess what? No reply, two weeks on.
