Used to come here almost weekly and loved it. However this experience has been very disappointing due to the manger that has blatant disregard for customer service. She was on her phone whilst a queue of customers were waiting 20 mins for a coffee. She also continued to say that her staff were not doing things correctly... read full comment

Terrible. This used to be a nice place. Staff spend more time talking so loudly to each other that you can’t hear and sitting at tables than cleaning up and wiping grotty tables. Inhabe been coming in for over 10 years but will not come again. Particularly one very loud female employee
