Only one till operator available on the tobacco kiosk . Was told while in the queue to go to till 1 as someone was waiting to check me out . Got there with another woman to find it vacant . She said that it seems that there is no one waiting after all . I said stuff them , left my trolley and went to a supermarket that had staff !
I refuse to self serve myself as I do not get pension , holiday pay , sickness pay etc . Plus its putting people out of work !

Shop is clean and staff are pleasant to deal with. The stock control is fine, but prices are very high so I only pick up things I need. I'd like to put something in the foodbank on each visit but unless there's a really good offer on suitable items I'm reluctant. There's often only one checkout open and I refuse to use the incredibly irritating self checkouts, so I go to the tobacco counter along with the other refusniks and put up with being abandoned for someone in difficulty at the self service. The weekly shop? Oh yes. Tesco home delivery. Every Friday. All the way from Hereford to Brierley.

Prices are horrendous. Shop usually clean. Staff very polite however also quite slow - I believe they should have some more people on each shift as they can't be in few places at the same time.

Worst Co-op i?ve been to. Unfortunately I live in Leominster, and this co-op is always far too understaffed, with many older staff members who provide slow service and take a year or so to provide any assistance.Took 15 minutes waiting at self-service, to then be told some items were wrongly listed in a meal deal. I offered to change, to which I got a red bull. The woman then asked me how old I was, just to follow up with ?can I see your ID.? Don?t ask in the first place.Overall, there?s one or two younger staff members that are lovely and helpful, however they need to rethink who they?ve got running the show. Least favourite shop in leominster, even compared to Milano?s.

Cameras on the self serve tills right in your face is absolutely horrifying, not like we're not spied on enough, sadly I will no longer be entering a coop as Im against a dystopian surveillance state.Shame on coop

Ordered a delivery online . Part of order was missing. This was reported to driver who told me to ring store. 8 phone calls later no answer. Refund applied for.
