Organised chaos this like other b&q stores offers a great range of products the only thing for me for this store is staff are always busy it would be nice to have a dedicated point for customer service but dont take that a as a negative thing its great to see a buisness thriving

Could not pay for order as a staff member tide the only till up that takes sale invoice and cash payment up was only advice by staff member to ring a phone number to make payment was on phone for a long time and still couldn't make payment as nobody answered but the member of staff kept saying about cash payment but couldn't go through the till as it was still frozen on another transaction that the customer had gone away from so nobody paying cash couldn't pay was only advice to come back in a hour or two , but not very good when you don't live locally.

Adequate small-town B&Q. Pretty close to the town centre - there's a footpath with a bridge over the river. Good staff.

Went in for a refund on an item that I brought from another B&Q location. The lady on the desk said instantly she couldn't do it and I had to return it to the store that I brought it from.20mins on the phone to customer service I went back in whilst on the phone and instantly she did it, no issues at all. Funny what they can do when on to customer services.Poor service from someone who's being lazy and couldn't be bothered to do their job in the first place.

The staff at the store were extremely helpful in answering queries and assisting us to fit large garden furniture into our cars. I would highly recommend this store based on my experiences.

Really, really impressed. Had to pick up a load of decking and the manager and her team were super helpful and professional and cheerful. Consequently I now shop at this B&Q over any others, as they are the best I have ever used.
