Finnaly got a good driver which reflects in the Edit: 4 stars.What a difference a bit of communication makes!Had a delivery from young Dave, very polite, helpful and professional, a credit to Watson's.Say they've rectified it and then send threatening letters: complete incompetence and very annoying.Basically dumped my oil in a derelict tank even though I told them to ring me when they arrived and now want me to pay twice for THEIR mistake.I said they can come and retrieve it but it falls on deaf ears.Perfectly willing to rectify any problems encountered, very good customer service.A victim of their own success at busy times of the year it would seem.Would highly recommend.

i have been ordering oil with Watson fuel since 2014. on wednesday 8th I called as run out of oil (first time this has ever happened) so explained what happened and they told us they would deliver Thursday 9th, this day got cancelled and rescheduled for Friday 10th 10:17 to 13:17, another message saying regret to inform you order LE695498 has been rerouted. After calling Watsons they assured they would call by end of day to see if delivery could take place on Saturday, no call back! I called in just before 5pm to for an update and regrettably got to speak to Westley, i have never experienced someone so abrupt and inconsiderate in customer service. He basically told me they wouldn't have delivered on Thurs as it was the next day and their delivery window is 14 days! i assured him we placed the order and paid them on the conversation we had about an urgent delivery, and we had been customers here for some years and have 3 children in the house. He told me the delivery might be tomorrow or Monday. At this point i was feeling very frustrated as my money is now tied up with them!! he told me he could cancel the order which i told him that's no good to me as he can't put my money back in the bank by tomorrow for me to go else where, He then put the phone on hold with no warning, i waited a minute or so and no response so hung up - i called back in and spoke with Ivan, who was lovely and completely the opposite but then told me the order has been cancelled by Westley!!! conveniently Westley had gone home as he finished at 5 which explains the call ended.to say i was livid is an understatement! i can honestly say after this delivery I will never use Watson fuel again, Callow fuel for reference advised if i was a regular customer they would definitely have made sure some oil was dropped off to keep us going, they are slightly more expensive but knowing how Watsons now treat their customers i can truly say you get what you pay for and will absolutely not order from them again. That's how they reward loyal customers.

I use Watsons off and on if the price is right never a problem,Just had a delivery, quick delivery,texted to let me know they were delivering the next day as promised when ordering.excellent service.

What an absolute shambles of a company. No managers are available to speak to. The call handlers know nothing about customer service. I'd avoid this company like a dose of foot rot if I were you. Spend your money elsewhere. I'd give a minus value if I could

Shocking service. Ordered set for Monday 20th June. Driver turns up and refuses to deliver it. Watson's managers assured me it would be out for delivery next day. It gets cancelled. And they said trust me it'll be tomorrow now. Avoid like the plague. They obviously can't deliver fuel even when they turn up to your property.

ordered thro the Boilerjuice site 09/03/23 and given delivery date of 23/03/23, they didnt show up or contact me, I managed to get to them and response was slow and laboured eventually he said we can deliver TOMORROW, to which I replied no you won't Ive waited in all day for guys like you that never show or have the courtesy to tell me why. so I went back to Boilerjuice site and cancelled the order, its getting the norm these days had my money since 9th= 14 days but cant deliver as per quote legally the contract says within 10 days before 22/03. they didnt comply, so I expect to hear all the soft tale excuses

Awful awful experience with this company, I paid in advance, I was severely warned not to use this company by many other villagers due to unreliability but I did order due to a £25 discount - NOT worth it!They email you constantly telling you a date of delivery and then dont turn up and then email to tell you It?s been re- routed, then they email you again and exactly the same happens. Your inbox is full of Watsons emails and no oil!!I?m now left with an elderly mum running out of oil. I tried to phone and there was a very long wait and then I was cut off when I finally got through.I will NEVER use this awful unreliable company ever again and warn others to avoid like the plague.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered and paid on 21st February (way before the recent cold weather). Eventually had an email on 3rd March for delivery on 6th. Had various emails throughout the 6th then one to say it was being rerouted. Called them and they assured me it would be delivered in 48 hours. Called them every day from last Wednesday (8th) onwards. Got the same response - that I was on a priority delivery list. They did call me back yesterday to reassure me that it would be delivered today (15th March). They also called me twice this morning to confirm it would be delivered. Had various emails throughout the day giving delivery times. Then at 16:45 sent an email saying it had been re-routed and no answer when I tried calling.I have tried making complaints on their website and also via email, but no response.They are an utter shambles.

Totally useless supplier. Failed to deliver oil on day promised ( Boiler Juice).No contact from Watson. When I queried where the oil was I was told by a very disinterested employee the ? the driver had attended but our tank was too full to receive the ordered oil and that I should have checked this before ordering.? It of course transpired that the driver had gone to the wrong address?or so he claimed. No apology of course from Watson Fuels, or indeed from Boiler Juice. Finally got oil a week late. Of course plenty of room in the tank. It would be different if the oil was free but these companies have, for some reason, managed to double the price of heating oil in two years. Yet another of the great benefits of ? taking back control?

Very poor customer service. We were meant to have an oil delivery on 22/12/22, this did not arrive and was blamed on the recent weather. We were told the oil would be with us 23/12/22 but this never turned up. We have not been able to get through to anyone from Watsons since then despite calling many times during their open hours. I?ve had my mum over for Christmas and she has severe health issues, we have had no oil and therefor no heating. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Avoid at all costs. They are scamming people via there Watsons Uk app. Two very different prices for myself and my friend who live 7 minutes apart, same postcode, same tank, her quote 68ppl mine 87ppl. We?ve continued to check regularly and her price is always at least 12p lower than mine, despite the fact I order 3x the amount! Emails sent to query, to complain, calls that go unanswered. I?m a pay monthly customer, they have hundreds of my hardest earned pounds and I can?t even get through to anyone to cancel my account so I can buy elsewhere!

Left with no fuel over Christmas due to their lies and refusal to answer their phone. Really good at taking your money quickly if you have too much and need to get rid of some. Not good at supplying heating oil.

This depot no longer exists!When you telephone using code 01531 you may think you are getting through to a 'local' firm . In reality you are transferred to a Norfolk number. After 3 hours they may answer the telephone. If you are attempting to ascertain what has happened to your order then its a waste of time since no-one will be able to provide any informationIf you turn up to the offices in Ledbury you have a 1 in 5 chance of getting any answer.......the offices are warm but completely empty. I got lucky pre Xmas and spoke to a local manager who is largely responsible for health and safety issues.....he was pleasant and professional but explained that he was totally unable to help with any query since the customer service team are in Norfolk and the routers are in Staines MiddlesexThe company is in complete chaos and confirmed by staff who have given reviews about the company over the past 12 monthsThe American owners are making a mint and apparently do not like anyone making complaints and clearly prefer to ignore everything other than take your moneyTHINK VERY CAREFULLY ABOUT USING THIS FIRMYOU WILL PROBABLY NEED TO ORDER 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE TO GET ANY SUPPLYPS WATSON FUELS AND DIRECTOIL ARE THE SAME COMPANY......A FACT THAT THEY SEEM KEEN TO HIDERoger Blandford

I am still awaiting my oil order from Watsons under my account from 30th November, you cannot get hold of any one, they will not answer the phone, nor tel you where your order is, they take your money and give you NO SERVICE, I would avoid this company like the plague.
