Recently spent a fantastic night at the Feathers Hotel...It was Amazing, from lunch through to breakfast it was without fault.Staff polite and very helpful, our room was lovely we couldn't fault it and can't wait to stay again.Rooms: Bed was super comfy, room tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean.Nearby activities: Enjoyed having a look around the shops.We visit Ledbury often, lovely atmosphere and friendly.Food & drinks: I am a vegetarian and the evening meal l had was delicious.The breakfast was also delicious, and so much to choose from.The vegan sausage was the best l have ever tasted would love to know who supplies them !!they are the best..Noteworthy details: Parking on site is a bonus, however only a limited spaces.Also it's approached from the back of the hotel and you go through a tight entrance into the parking area.

The room would have higher, but when an extractor is switched on outside at 6.30 am and no apology apart from it should have been on from 7.30am. That makes it perfectly okay then! Ledbury is a lovely town. However, stay somewhere else unless you are an insomniacRooms: See above

The Feathers is a wonderful place to have a social evening. It was busy, with happy chatter and everyone was so obviously having a great time. Our own meals were perfectly cooked and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's said to be a smart upper end establishment,when I visited for a pint tables were left uncleared and sticky when I did find a seat there was a chip on the floor, while the staff were polite,I didn't find it a particularly inviting place ,and it's a bit pricey as you would expect in a place like this. There is out door seating which is nice in the summer.I'd say keep those tables clear and clean guys , it goes miles

Very confusing place to eat! "Order at the cafe bar" says a sign . You go to the bar to order to be told they will come over to the table to take our order.We wanted to order breakfast / brunch at 10.50 am on a Saturday to be told sorry we have just stopped doing food ???!!.Can we order a tea cake? Hang on I'll just check said the waitress.We were then told yes we could order a tea cake , we also ordered coffee, would have been nice to have jam with the teacake and coffee at the same time as the tea cake.We were not really asking for much but it was all so disappointing.Love the decor but really the whole place needs a deep clean , lovely crockery and Robyn Welsh cutlery (dirty), staff literally running through the cafe, not what you want for a relaxing brunch.From what I saw from those customers lucky enough to have been allowed to order cooked food it did look good.I did check on the website before going but it does not specify timings for cooked food at the coffee shop.It's such a shame as I don't get a chance to go out much and had been so looking forward to meeting my friends for brunch only to be very disappointed.What a shame .

Disappointing. We do like Ledbury, and The Feathers was once one of its top assets. Now with plastic chandeliers, ceiling dusty cobwebs, an unmeasurable amount of dried food down the side of chairs, and flat champagne served in sparkling wine flutes!.. dear'odear what's happened? Also, card only, as though to say, they no longer trust staff with cash! I do hope they can turn this around!

Only 3 stars due to my friend being rudely spoken to by one of the staff in the cafe bar. My friend who visits often was taken aback how she was treated. Other than that rude individual, the other two ladies were very pleasant, and the atmosphere in the cafe bar relaxing.
