First time I visited the salon, although I was aware they are highly recommended locally. Grace is a curly hair specialist and she also has curly hair! I found her advice on managing frizz to curls invaluable. She was friendly and professional, I won't hesitate to see Grace again. A very positive experience from an older curlywomen

I?ve recently moved across to this salon with Shirley being my hairdresser, however Grace coloured and cut my hair one month. I have found all the stylists to be very professional on every visit, with a great team camaraderie and high morale which impacts upon your visit in a really positive way.Both my own experience and also what I have witnessed with other customers is that the stylists fully engage with their clients throughout the time that they are sat in the chair and there are continual satisfaction checks throughout.The only thing I wish is that I could dry my hair as good as Shirley and Grace?Ladies, you all do a fantastic job and the awards are very well deserved!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I have been to this salon a few times and it is always such a pleasant visit, the whole team make you feel so welcome and comfortable, it is always a good laugh and I always leave feeling so happy with my hair. They take their time and make sure that they are giving you exactly what you want. Gracie is amazing and she always gets my cut and colour bang on. I have used this hair salon 3 times .First time I was very impressed overall . I did have to return due to colour bleed and was charged . However the colour overall was lovely and cut was really well done .Unfortunately on my next visit was a completely different story . I had full head foils and asked for a ?trim ? as growing . This service set me back £97 .I have very short hair .When I got home and looked at my hair in the light it was not good to say the least . All my roots where still showing , it was extremely warm in places . The cut was terrible . All my hair I had been growing has been hacked off . I requested on multiple times for my hair to be cut into not blunt . I came out with a short blunt uneven cut .I would not of left the review had what happened next of been professional.I messaged the owner politely to say I was very u happy . I had a messaged back to say I was wrong and the cut was fine . It was my fault the colour wasn?t to my roots as I had left it 8 weeks . Then she asks me to go in 4 days later for a check by someone else and then try to book me in again IF they feel it was wrong .Needless to say I was to uncomfortable to go back after being told I was ? wrong ?It was very evident she was annoyed I had raised I was unhappy .I asked for a half or full refund and she simply refused .I would avoid this salon . My last experience was terrible . Extremely unprofessional and the messages I received after where just really upsetting.Multiple people have asked what has happened to my hair so I am now a walking advert for this disaster .Avoid !EDIT after response from owner : you can see how unprofessional she is by the response accusing me of ? wanting my money back from the start ?I did not . I just wanted my hair to look nice if I could attach photos to this review I would . I left a review on there fb and they have blocked me . Most unprofessional. I asked for a refund as will need money spent to fix it . Nothing worse that people who can?t admit when they are wrong . The hair was not up to standards . Nor are the accusations. I wouldn?t ever go anywhere else! I struggle with my hair and would never trust anyone but the girls at serenity. They?re able to always deliver incredible results even with my damaged and temperamental hair, the salon is absolutely beautiful and you couldn?t ask for anything more from a hairstylist, nothing is too much for them.
