Very rude member of staff who flicked her eyes up at me when I approached her to ask her if the shop was dog friendly .Why do people work in a place With customers when their customer service stinks , Unlike a very warm welcome from Clark?s and wellworths both us and the dog !!!!Maybe a change of career is required

Shopped here regularly but won't any more. They no longer welcome dogs even a small very well behaved one like mine. It's ok though - lots of other lovely shops in Ledbury where I did spend my money and the dog was welcomed. Too bad Blandfords.

I called into shop today and made a purchase. The two ladies serving me were so friendly and helpful, I couldn't have asked for better. Then to top it off, I left the shop and was quite a distance away when I realised I had left my gloves behind. As I was returning, one of the ladies was rushing down the road to give me back my gloves. Above and beyond, thank you ladies ?
