Great tradional pub, serving good quality food. Also very dog friendly. The only pub in Kington with a proper garden.

Didn't stay, just called in for beer and food. Service is excellent, atmosphere spot on, ask Mandy about everything she knows about the painted map in the restaurant ? and make sure to give plenty of fuss to Nettle ??

We visited this pub as our last stop before leaving to collect a new puppy, staff and customers could not have been more friendly, made us welcome. Very dog friendly pub! We might not make it back for a while but incase you check your reviews… here’s the handsome boy we collected
