Use them locally to get to Llandrindod and they seem OK. Wanted to go to Hereford today and the bus drove straight past the Crossgates stop with no attempt to stop. Need to get to work? Hospital appointment? Doctors? Then don't rely on these clowns. Useless, always late and sometimes don't turn up at all! Would score 0 if it was available.Missed another hospital appointment today.PATHETIC!!!

Great little company...in a cosy village. Just checking them out for possibly getting a job as we want to move to Wales .
