My Daughter hit a nasty pothole, popped 2 tyres and had to abandon the car in a nearby car park. Nipped in to these guys at 08:30 the next morning and left the keys. They replaced both tyres and straightened the wheels, was ready by lunchtime. Fair price and no issues, thanks for the great service.

Fantastic service from Ian Jones Tyres this week. Got a puncture at the end of a day. Took the car into the garage the next morning. When they took the wheel off they discovered that the tyre definitely needed to be replaced. They managed to order, receive and fit the tyre that morning which meant the planned afternoon travel could go ahead. The whole team were helpful and friendly from first contact, through explaining, to paying. Thank you!

Overcharged my friend like crazy and then staff threw a tantrum when they asked to have the newly fitted tyre removed because it was extremely over priced. Total rip off!

On a recent holiday to the Clyro/Hay on Wye area, I had the misfortune to pick up a nasty puncture. The owner of the cottage we were renting recommended Ian Jones Tyres to us, so gave them a quick call the following morning and was told to pop in whenever we were able. Popped along mid morning (at a steady < 50mph due to space saver doughnut), to a quite busy outfit. As I was parking up, a very attentive young lady popped over and was about to ask if we were ok, but spotted the doughnut and pointed me straight to a free bay. Technician soon had the tyre off, wasn't sure if it was repairable, but luckily it was.. however he was surprised to find an entire 5 inch screwdriver bit in my tyre!!!. But managed the plug the tyre without any issues. As he was popping the tyre back on, my eagle eyed wife spotted something shiny on the other rear tyre, turns I'd also picked up a (boring) nail too. Tech sorted that too. In and out in less than an hour, did the leak tests in front of me and made sure I was happy with the repairs. Bill came in.. Mouth open moment... both tyre repairs cost about the same as one where I live. Gobsmacked. Really friendly crowd. The technician reassured me if the repair wasn't safely achievable it would be a new tyre, I've traveled home and no issues. What a great place.
