Purchased a faulty vape and returned within 10 mins to be told because I didn't have a receipt I couldn't exchange. I was then told I could have brought it anywhere. Despite literally being in there 10 mins ago. The young lady behind the counter was dismissive to the point of being rude, and it wasn't until the manager appeared that I was finally given an exchange. Even then, I was treated with no courtesy what so ever. This was a 4.99 disposable vape. Being local, I literally spend thousands at this garage each year on fuel, etc. For 4.99, they have now lost my custom for good. Very disappointing attitude and customer service.
