It's been a while since we ve had food at Zizzi. Went at Sunday Lunch time, 24-08-25 with in laws.
Great upbeat and efficient service by waiting staff.
Great selection on menu. I ordered the *NEW* WAGYU meatballs arrabbiata ruffled ribbons pasta with chilli.
4 of us shared 2 garlic breads.
All the food was well received by all of us, wagyu meatballs exceptional and as it says it has a spicey sauce.
Nice clean and welcoming decor.
All in all spot on !!!!
Good value with a drink each £27.50 per person. 4 meals 4 drinks and 2 sides.

Lovely food however the service was very slow and the one waitress actually ignored us when wanting the bill which unfortunately has put us off returning after the food was so good

We came in late evening and had some wonderful food and service from Olivia. New to Hereford and she helped us find our way around the local area and gave good suggestions for local places for a drink. Very helpful and went out of her way to help us!!

Very poor food, mushroom starter had mushroom shavings, no sign of a roasted potabellow mushroom, bolognese was 2 tablespoons of flavourless sauce, bought premium pasta with beef, I'll assume all food was microwaved because it wasn't warmed through, stuck together in a clump and again... flavourless.
I bought 2 mains and a starter that barely fed me. I'm not one to complain, the staff were very nice, but the food was awful and very unsatisfactory.

A very nice dining experience. Our server Olivia was very knowledgeable and efficient, a young lady who clearly enjoys her work .
Food was hot and delicious!
A small let down was the amount of weeds in the patio area .
