Having a house make over with Wye Valley home improvement. The windows were installed by Chris and Stick and I would like to say what a fantastic job they have done. They protected my contents, worked cleanly and the finish on the windows is top class. Looking forward to the completion of the rest of the work when weather permits.

John and Alvin fitted sliding doors to a very difficult extension, which required a builder's and plasterer's expertise to offset and compensate for angular and course brickwork displacement which was out of alignment,This also required steel lentils replacing wooden ones and rotting surrounds.If you're considering window or door replacement I highly recommend their professionalism and broad skillset they do more than install windows and conservatories the team can advise and offer professional advice in my case over 30 years building experience and working on flood defence projects.The transformation in my work is absolutely incredible.Please note I have used my own name and I'm a genuine customer.

We are really happy with our new windows & doors.We invited Wye valley home improvements to quote us for new windows & doors & have been extremely impressed from start to finish. We were given all the information we needed. There was no sales talk, just good advise.We had a problem, above the patio doors & kitchen window, there was no lintel. So extra work had to be carried out.It looks outstanding.All the fitters were extremely professional, courteous & friendly.The work was carried out to an extremely high standard. Just had new windows, front doors and French doors installed by Wye Valley, very impressed from start to finish. Good communication with the office from the quote then comprehensive survey through to starting work. Workmen Dave, Mo and Keith professional, knowledgeable, punctual and cheerful on site. Products fitted were of excellent quality. Altogether we wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be using them again for more work on our bungalow restoration. Thanks again, Sue and Andy.

After a bad experience with another firm, we were advised to try Wye Valley Home Improvements. It was brilliant advice. They have restored my faith in the integrity and honesty of contractors, which had been badly dented.From our first meeting with Jon, we felt a great sense of confidence. That feeling grew as we got to know the team. Everyone working on the project went the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble, right up until the last hour. The job was not straight-forward but they pulled it off and we are delighted with the end result.The office is just as good. They respond very quickly to every call or email. On top of all the other good things - the price was competitive.If you are looking for a firm you can trust, this is definitely one.

Highly recommended,quoted quickly with no pressure ,good communication and always turned up at the times agreed.We had a flat roof replaced,windows replaced and rendering the work was completed to a very high standard by workmen genuinely wanting to do a good job.Everywhere was left clean and tidy and i have no doubt in the unlikely event of problems they would return to rectify.After being let down so often by other companies it was a huge relief to find a company that was trustworthy.

We had all of our windows and doors replaced and they did a fantastic job with a great finish. Were able to fit our needs when others had said it wasn't possible, such as the back door opening more than 90°.Very friendly staff. Will be using again for a future project on our house. ?

Old unusable conservatory converted to a modern, solid roofed sun room. Jon and his team (and I think we met all of them) made a splendid job of the conversion; the price was very reasonable for the quality of product and work involved; after sales service second to none.

We asked Wye Valley to replace two large windows and the front and back doors. We needed this work done before the new kitchen went in and time was tight. Gareth and the team did a fantastic job and managed to get what we wanted and fit them in all in good time. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

I have just had a large window replaced by Wye Valley Home Improvements and I couldn?t be more delighted with everything. The service they provide is excellent; from the initial survey, follow up communication, quote, and arranging the work to be done. They turn up on time, are professional, good humoured and they also leave things spotlessly clean. Wonderful company. I will be using them again and I highly recommend.

Can?t fault them, easy to deal with a tidy job done with good quality products at a good price.When we pointed out 1 of the windows was wrong there was no fuss just re ordered and will be changed in due time.The fitters were good polite and left everything clean and tidy.Thank you
