I am very impressed with the service I receive from The Willows by all the staff.
The reception staff are prompt to answer the phone and very helpful, courteous and pleasant in dealing with enquiries and appointment making. The dental nurses and hygienist are likewise.
My dentist, Dr Jai Arhi, has treated me for some years and is currently supporting me and advising me on ongoing problems with an old fragile dental bridge. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been very patient and considerate in exploring alternative treatments, all with a warm manner that is
very patient centred.
I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I had to book up an emergency appointment outside of my normal six monthly check ups. The receptionist was excellent and found me a slot with my normal dentist. My dentist had a good look at the problem and came up with a solution of using some floride to see if it would resolve the problem, which it has. He did make sure that I should book up another appointment if there were any problems.
