love the Hereford waterstones. Staff kind and helpful. normal sections of books with cards and other diary types finds.Only improvement would be a less cluttered desk/till area.

We do like a book shop. And Waterstones have a good selection. Bought 2 books. Improvements would be more seating and a tea/coffee shop - doesn't have to be big and doesn't need to sell anything but tea and coffee.
