The pork in the ramen is cooked and seasoned just right. Perfectly melty and easy to pull apart. Broth could use more flavour.
Love that there is a selection of well done mocktails.

The food was terrible. Tasted bland and microwaved. Which is crazy considering the ingredients. The gyoza tasted like they had been cooked and fast frozen and then microwaved. The Thai beef salad was drenched in liquid, not desire what the liquid was, it was not the dressing. Perhaps the beef and veg were also microwaved, there was about an inch of leftover liquid in the bottom of the dish which made the salad of course soggy and tasteless. Again given the ingredients it took skill to make this salad terrible. Waitress was nice,l but food was way too expensive and absolutely disgusting,

Food was great, it was very busy but the service was sadly lacking, not because they were busy, more to them being sloppy. We were seated and then waited 20mins for a drinks order to be taken (at my request). Our finished plates weren't taken away, not even when our deserts were put infront of us. I had to clear them away by putting them on an uncleared table. Most of the staff were friendly. I've eaten here many times before but it had never been this disappointing. The food was fresh and fabulous but I probably wouldn't eat there again.

Tasty, nice and cosy restaurant. Friendly staff. Suitable for vegans, vegetarian. You can meet with friends, spend time with family or celebrate a party. U will love it.

What a change for the better. A complete refit. It's now clean, bright, and has a great atmosphere. The refit has upped the mood of the staff, including the chefs, as the food is so much better.

Wagamama seems to be going the way of a lot of chains at the moment. Quality is dropping every visit. Service is average. This time I had a really flavourless Raman and noodles which were way undercooked. Think it's time to knock this off the quick and tasty list unfortunately. It used to be so good :(
