I have always found Trekitt to be an excellent and trustworthy company to buy from. I had occasion to have to cancel an order for an Osprey Rucksack (wrong capacity). I phoned Trekitt and they cancelled the order which was about to be dispatched and was refunded the money back to my bank account within 2 hours. The whole experience of buying from Trekitt is second to none. Needless to say I have just reordered the correct size Osprey Rucksack from Trekitt

Fantastic! I was unsure of what tent and mattress to get and so asked for some assistance. Joel was super, very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect products that fitted my requirements and budget! We used the equipment last week on a camping adventure and it was perfect. Well designed, well built and just what I needed. I will be buying more from Trekitt - Highly recommend!!

The prices are terrific! I bought a new coat from them this week and was immensely impressed by pricing, choice and good customer service.

Replacing old gear have recently bought rucksack, walking poles, light summer boots for Loch Lomond holiday & beyond - staff are knowledgeable, helpful - my new gear has made my walking so comfortable & enjoyable. Particular like my Osprey Exos pack with quick access / stowage of walking poles. Highly recommend Trekkit to match the right gear for the needs

Purchased a jacket that was posted to the wrong address by PARCEL FORCE. Spoke with customer services at Trekitt, a young man Sam. Extremely helpful and keep me updated by phone calls. Jacket redelivered 3 days later and extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you Sam for all your help.

Very impressed! I ordered an Osprey Farpoint 75 from Trekkit as it was cheaper than anywhere else, and it arrived really quickly.
Not long after, I accidentally jammed one of the buckles and had to send it back for repair (whether that?s down to user error or a design flaw is up for debate).
Trekkit were brilliant ? kept me in the loop the whole time and were always friendly and quick to respond. Got the backpack back in perfect condition, well before my trip. Would happily order from them again.
