I needed some top soil for a project and the price was very reasonable. The member of staff who served me was very helpful and attentive at answering my questions and sorting me out with what I needed.
The delivery driver, can't fault him. He was a very nice friendly chap and nothing was too much trouble for him after asking if he could drop in a specific place. Top service all round.

Following one of your lorries from michealchurch to Kingstone, registration number KY23LDA. Being a retired police officer I have to complement the driver on their observation of an extremely muddy and slippery road and reducing speed accordingly to road conditions. It was nice to see common sense and driving with care and caution. Time was 3.30pm , 25th October

The problem with this place is that they just make up different prices for everyone, if you know the assistant it?s one price then the next time it?s totally different, pretty poor strategy and easily spotted! The price should be the price! Most of the staff are friendly enough it?s just the poor pricing structure that ruins the place and makes you feel ripped off

No one was able to cut my wood I wanted to buy which is OK if you got a big van but not a car...so couldn't buy the wood from there

I recently used Travis Perkins Hereford for a distress purchase as my normal merchants weren't being helpful, I must admit I was surprised how helpful they were to me and made me feel welcome,since then I've opened an account and used them several times. The young girl Toyah on the trade counter is very good and the Branch Manager was great also. Great experience
